2. What data we collect

• Contact form data: name, company, email, phone (optional), budget range and message.
• Career applications: name, email, role of interest, LinkedIn profile and message.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device data, and cookies (see Cookie policy).

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to enquiries and preparing proposals — legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• Recruitment — consent and pre-contractual steps.
• Analytics and marketing cookies — consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Legal and accounting obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Retention

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after the last contact. Applications are kept for up to 12 months unless you agree otherwise. Accounting records are kept as required by Estonian law.

5. Recipients

We use carefully selected processors (hosting, email, analytics) bound by data processing agreements. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses are applied.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at office@nexorviaou.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
